Africa - South Sudan’s peace deal: Is it enforceable?

The South Sudanese government and rebels loyal to ousted president Riek Machar signed a ceasefire to bring an end to the fighting that has ravaged the nation since December 15, but the mood is cautious among those all too aware of the fragility of peace deals in the region.
