Asia - Fewer HDB flat dwellers buying condos, private apartments

The number of HDB flat dwellers buying condominiums or private apartments last year fell 1.1 percentage points in 2013. 45.5 per cent of non-landed private home transactions were made by HDB flat dwellers, down from 46.6 per cent in 2012.
