Asia - Delay in BizFile revamp forces phased implementation of Companies Act changes

About 40 per cent of the more than 200 amendments to the act will kick in on Jul 1 this year, while the rest is expected to come into effect in the first quarter of 2016, says the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
