Asia - Private car owners who use ride-sharing apps might not have proper coverage: Insurance association

Private car owners who are using their vehicles to ferry passengers for a fare via ride-sharing apps, such as Uber and GrabCar, are advised to get expanded motor insurance coverage, said the GIA.
